What's included in a deep clean?
Everything in a standard clean, plus baseboards, door frames, light switches, window sills and tracks, blinds, detailed grout and tile, cabinet fronts, and the areas behind and under reachable furniture.
Why does the first visit cost more?
The first visit is a full deep clean that brings your home up to our standard. After that, each visit maintains it, so it takes less time and costs less. Committing to a plan also takes a discount off that first deep clean.
Do you clean outside windows?
We clean interior glass and ground-level sliding glass doors on both sides. Exterior and high windows need ladders and specialty equipment, so we refer those to a trusted window-cleaning company.
Can I change or pause my plan?
Yes. You can switch frequency or pause for travel. Just let us know before your next scheduled visit.
What products do you use?
Professional-strength, plant-based, non-toxic cleaners that cut through grease and grime, plus an EPA-registered plant-based disinfectant for kitchens and bathrooms. All safe around children, pets, natural stone, and wood. If you have a product preference or sensitivity, tell us and we'll work around it.
